Targeted Intracellular Delivery Summit

Fresh off an exhilarating business trip to the United States, AldexChem's CEO, József Répási, returned home with a wealth of new insights regarding the company's groundbreaking SilBoRed™ technology and its potential applications in the rapidly-evolving field of ionizable lipids for mRNA delivery.

AldexChem has made significant strides in the field of ionizable lipids, the key components of mRNA delivery technology. The company's proprietary SilBoRed™ technology has shown immense potential in manufacturing lipids used in marketed mRNA drugs and in the design and synthesis of new IP-protected lipids. After years of intensive research and process development, AldexChem is now ready to bring its revolutionary technology to global clients.

József Répási attended the Targeted Intracellular Delivery Summit in Boston to get an update on the most urgent scientific needs and market requirements in the mRNA delivery field. The summit was the perfect forum for AldexChem's lipid research, connected the company to leading experts in order to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the field.

At Penn University

Many novel IP protected lipids already synthesized and more are scheduled to make in the labs of Latvian LIOS. Biological testing of new lipids is a daily routine at Aldexchem. The constantly growing dataset around such lipids lead us to connect with leading experts in the field of mRNA delivery. Penn University, home to breakthrough mRNA technologies that paved the way to COVID vaccines, was the perfect place to select. After hours of exciting discussions, József gained new insights that will drive our efforts around ionizable lipids, lipid IP and mRNA delivery to the next level.

This business trip to the USA marks an important milestone for AldexChem, as we prepare to expand our reach and bring our cutting-edge technology to global clients. SilBoRed™ technology has already demonstrated its efficacy in case of manufacturing ionizable lipids with a high level of transfection and low toxicity. The technology's modular, building-block-based structure allows for easy scalability and the use of off-the-shelf starting materials make it a cost-effective solution for large-scale manufacturing.

József met leading experts of the industry during his trip and  the  acquired knowledge lead Aldexchem to expand the scope of SilBoRed's application even further, particularly in the field of ionizable lipids.
